We know many families have two working adults and we don't expect anyone to quit a day job just to be able to take home a puppy. However, every puppy has different needs, and this information helps us identify what homes might make the best fit and to ensure that our time spent with you will be the most enjoyable and productive. If you’re a seasoned dog owner, we won’t want to spend time regaling in things you already know; by the same token, if this is your first puppy, we want to make sure that you leave prepared for what life with a puppy may bring.

Crates keep curious puppies safely sequestered when you’re not able to supervise them. Crate training early in a dog’s life also prevents introducing unnecessary stress later. When older dogs are dealing with illnesses like incontinence, arthritis, or canine cognitive dysfunction, they don’t need the additional stress of learning new rules.

Certain dog breeds require professional grooming approximately every month, and it can cost up to S$100+ each time. Lack of grooming can cause serious skin problems. Are you committed to this necessary time and expense?

Completing this application is a step in the process to acquiring a puppy from Super Barking Cute, but it does not guarantee you'll get a puppy.

SCREENING: To ensure that puppies are never bought on impulse and each potential home has considered the minimum commitments of bringing a puppy home, puppy viewings are available only to screened homes. We review all applications within three (3) days of receipt and will contact you via WhatsApp to schedule an appointment. As we only have puppies of the highest quality, appointments will be scheduled only when puppies are expected or actually available. GOING HOME: We cannot hold puppies for extended times; it is critical for their social development that each puppy is socialised into their new homes within a reasonable timeframe. Please plan your big vacations and events that would conflict with a young puppy around the puppy's going home date. CONTRACT: We have a contract and will not place a puppy without a signed contract. You will be shown a copy of this contract before committing to a puppy. If you have questions about specific terms, you need to speak with us prior to placing a deposit on a puppy. SPAY/NEUTER: We require spay/neuter at or before 24 months. Our puppies are not intended for breeding. To ensure that none of our dogs end up in a shelter situation, we have a take-back provision in our contract. Any puppy from us always has a home here, and will never experience the fear and burden of life at a shelter. Because we take cradle-to-grave responsibility for the puppies we rehome, puppies which are not sold as "FOR SHOW" must be de-sexed in exchange for their registration papers. REGISTRATION PAPERS: Our excellent family companions are fully registered with the Korea Kennel Federation (KKF). You are free to register your dog with the Singapore Kennel Club (SKC) should you desire to enter events and competitions. Please speak to us for more details on the process of pedigree registration.

Note for small breed dogs:

We never want to hear that one of our puppies is experiencing pain or lameness. However, dogs of any size can have patellar luxation (bad knee), and many small breed dogs have a genetic predisposition for a luxating patellar. This is a medical condition where a dog's kneecap (patellar) does not stay in position or dislocates (luxates). Patellar luxation predisposes the knee to other injuries such as torn cruciate ligaments, and correction may require surgery. Lifestyle and environmental factors such as diet and nutrition, trauma, accidents (e.g. jumping off the couch and onto hardwood flooring), skidding on slippery floors also play a role in unavoidable instances of patellar luxation in dogs. The condition is grouped into four stages: Grade 1 - Grade 4. All our puppies are OFA (Orthopedic Foundation for Animals) screened for patellar luxation at the time of shipping and certification and/or full disclosure of medical history will be provided to new owners at the time of booking.
